UI/UX Designer @ Konga Nigeria

Overview:

Konga Nigeria is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in revolutionizing the e-commerce landscape in Nigeria. As a UI/UX Designer at Konga, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs, translating them into engaging and intuitive design solutions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and behavior.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, incorporating them into our design processes to maintain a competitive edge.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
