As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a key role in implementing our social media strategy, engaging with our online community, and helping to build and maintain our brand presence across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating engaging content for Konga’s social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with Konga’s brand objectives and target audience.
• Analyze social media metrics and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and e-commerce.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for social media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
