Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Provide professional advice and recommendations to customers regarding the safe and appropriate use of medications.
• Monitor medication therapy and patient outcomes, and intervene as necessary to optimize patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective medication management and patient education.
• Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and development activities to stay updated on new drugs, therapies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a pharmacist in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, dosage forms, and therapeutic guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
