Nuru Nigeria, a dynamic and impactful organization committed to creating positive change, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a Human Resources Officer at Nuru Nigeria, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward by ensuring the development and well-being of our greatest asset – our people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of top talent that aligns with Nuru Nigeria’s values and objectives.
- Administer employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Nuru Nigeria’s standards.
- Conduct training programs and workshops to enhance employees’ skills, performance, and career development.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce planning needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, keeping abreast of industry trends to ensure Nuru Nigeria remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
