Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs. As a Graphics Designer at HRLeverage Africa Limited, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging graphics that enhance our brand identity and support our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to, brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create visual assets that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.
• Maintain a high level of quality and consistency across all design projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 6 Years + digital creation experience (including demonstrating creativity & Ecommerce online experience)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
