Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of leveraging data to drive actionable insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through rigorous quality assurance processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
