Responsibilities:
- Cash Management: Monitor daily cash balances and prepare cash forecasts to ensure optimal cash utilization.
- Bank Relationship Management: Manage relationships with banks, negotiate banking terms, and oversee bank fee analysis.
- Financial Risk Management: Assist in identifying and mitigating financial risks related to foreign exchange, interest rates, and liquidity.
- Investment Management: Monitor and analyze investment portfolios to maximize returns while adhering to risk guidelines.
- Treasury Operations: Execute treasury transactions including wire transfers, investments, and debt management activities.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports on cash positions, liquidity, and treasury activities for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (2 years) in treasury operations, cash management, or financial risk management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
- Knowledge of treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP Treasury) and banking platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and regulatory requirements.
