Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees and clients, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure data security and integrity.
• Collaborate with IT team members and vendors to implement and support IT projects and initiatives.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support roles, with a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications at least 2 yrs.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is desirable.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices is an advantage.
