Job Description:

Woodcore is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Support Officer to join our team. As a Technical Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and clients, ensuring their technical issues and inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Providing step-by-step guidance and solutions to customers to resolve their technical problems.
  • Collaborating with other teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Contributing to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs to assist customers with self-service options.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
