Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Monitor progress, track expenses, and report regularly on project status to stakeholders.
• Identify and address issues or delays proactively to mitigate risks and ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective measures as needed to maintain high construction standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, leading by example and promoting teamwork and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid professional certification or licensure is a plus.
