Job Description: As a Sales Representative at Clauddy Bella Auctions, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and presenting tailored auction solutions to meet their objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and generating leads through various channels including networking events, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ requirements and objectives.
  • Presenting Clauddy Bella Auctionsis’ services and solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Negotiating terms and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the auction process.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of auctions and client satisfaction.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or hair care industry.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connectwith customers of diverse backgrounds.

  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Passion for beauty and a genuine desire to help others look and feel their best

  • Strong prospecting and networking skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
