Junior Sales Consultant at Precise Lighting

Job Summary

The Junior Sales Consultant will support retail and B2B sales activities by helping customers identify suitable lighting and décor solutions. The role involves managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, following up on enquiries, and supporting showroom operations to improve customer experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail and B2B sales activities within the showroom and at client locations
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable lighting, décor, and building solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and repeat clients
• Follow up on leads, customer enquiries, and quotations
• Support showroom operations, merchandising, and product display activities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience
• Experience in lighting, HVAC, décor, furniture, real estate, or FMCG sales is an added advantage
• Must reside within or around the Lekki–Ajah axis
