Overview: 

InterTech Systems Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and foster a positive work environment.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective communication between management and staff.
  • Administer employee benefit programs and assist in performance management and career development initiatives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on HR-related topics to enhance employee knowledge and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
