InterTech Systems Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and foster a positive work environment.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective communication between management and staff.
- Administer employee benefit programs and assist in performance management and career development initiatives.
- Conduct regular training sessions on HR-related topics to enhance employee knowledge and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
