Overview: 

Talent Towers is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our dedicated team. As the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of our organization and driving strategic financial planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership, contributing to the company’s overall success.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the development of comprehensive budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, enabling informed decision-making.
• Risk Management: Implement effective risk management strategies and internal controls to safeguard the company’s financial assets.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve financial goals.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.

• A min of 3-5 yrs relatable experience in a similar position in the Energy/Power Industry

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
