Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fleet Officer to join our team. The Fleet Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure fleet readiness and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor fuel consumption, analyze data, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Manage driver schedules, assignments, and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, maintenance, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
