Job Description:

We are looking for a Branch Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Lagos, Port Harcourt & Abuja branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results also Operations experience in a 5 star hotel or any subscription based premium service industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of operations staff, including setting goals, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor branch performance and financial results, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the [insert industry or sector] industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
