Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to promote IBAN’s programs, services, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, website, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure IBAN’s online presence remains innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of success.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
