Job Description:

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes at Mitmoh Leasing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management as needed.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure Mitmoh Leasing remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Proven work experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
• Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
