Credit Recovery Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and implement strategies for the recovery of delinquent loans and overdrawn accounts.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to understand the reasons behind default and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Engage with delinquent customers through effective communication channels to negotiate repayment terms.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors and external debt collection agencies when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress towards recovery goals.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status of delinquent accounts and recovery efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in credit recovery within the financial services industry.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and best practices.

Direct Sales Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Promote Trident Microfinance Bank’s products and services to potential customers through direct sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, benefits, and application processes.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in direct sales or marketing roles, preferably within the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
