We are expanding our international performance marketing team and looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Media Buyer to run and scale high-converting campaigns targeting the Nigeria market. If you have a deep understanding of local consumer behavior, a strong analytical background, and know how to extract maximum profitability from paid social, we would love to see your work.

What You Will Be Doing

• Campaign Management: Building, structuring, and scaling Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns from scratch with a heavy focus on conversion, ROAS, and profitability in Nigeria.
• A/B Testing: Continuously testing ad creatives, local angles, hooks, headlines, and offers tailored to the Nigerian audience.
• KPI Optimization: Monitoring and optimizing daily performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR to maximize return on ad spend.
• Funnel & Local Alignment: Collaborating with our team to align ad strategies with local payment methods, landing pages, and delivery logistics typical of the region.
• Account Health: Keeping ad accounts compliant, monitoring tracking accuracy, and managing day-to-day budget allocations.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience managing Facebook ad accounts specifically targeting the Nigerian market with substantial monthly budgets.
• Local Insight: Strong familiarity with Nigerian consumer trends, purchasing habits, and effective messaging strategies in the region.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of the Facebook algorithm, tracking setups (Pixel/CAPI), and sales funnel structures.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to read data, spot trends, and make quick, calculated optimizations.
• Communication: Good English communication skills for daily alignment and collaboration in a remote environment.
