Google Ads Media Buyer – Nigeria Market at Sociallyin

We are expanding our international performance marketing team and looking for an experienced Google Ads Media Buyer to run and scale high-converting search, display, and performance max campaigns targeting the Nigeria market. If you have a deep understanding of local consumer search intent, a strong analytical background, and know how to extract maximum profitability from paid search, we would love to see your work.

What You Will Be Doing

• Campaign Management: Building, structuring, and scaling Google Ads campaigns from scratch with a heavy focus on conversion, ROAS, and profitability in Nigeria.
• Keyword Strategy: Conducting deep keyword research, negative keyword management, and intent analysis tailored specifically to the local Nigerian audience.
• A/B Testing: Continuously testing ad copy, headlines, landing page alignment, and bidding strategies.
• KPI Optimization: Monitoring and optimizing daily performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Quality Score to maximize return on ad spend.
• Account Health: Keeping ad accounts compliant, monitoring tracking accuracy (GA4, Google Tag Manager), and managing day-to-day budget allocations.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts specifically targeting the Nigerian market with substantial monthly budgets.
• Local Insight: Strong familiarity with Nigerian search behavior, local intent, and regional digital marketing dynamics.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of Google Ads features, conversion tracking setups, and sales funnel structures.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to read data, spot trends, and make quick, calculated optimizations.
• Communication: Good English communication skills for daily alignment and collaboration in a remote environment.
