The B2B Sales Representative will drive revenue by sourcing corporate clients, applying consultative selling methods, and managing the full sales process to build lasting business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage high-value business clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and professional networks
  • Hold discovery meetings and present customised solutions based on client needs
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Monitor sales performance, maintain pipeline records, and report on key metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, corporate marketing, or business development
  • Experience in HVAC, engineering solutions, or related technical field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social media tools

Salary

₦500,000 – ₦700,000 monthly
