Job Summary

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
  • Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and deliver quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to enquiries on products and services.
  • Address complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide support through multiple communication channels.
  • Escalate complex matters to management when required.
  • Gather and document customer feedback.
  • Contribute to improving overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service within a manufacturing or similar sector.
  • Proficiency in Igbo and fluency in English is required.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer service tools.
  • Willingness to work shifts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound understanding of management practices.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.

Salary

N250,000 net monthly
