Job Summary
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
- Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and deliver quality service.

Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries on products and services.
- Address complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide support through multiple communication channels.
- Escalate complex matters to management when required.
- Gather and document customer feedback.
- Contribute to improving overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service within a manufacturing or similar sector.
- Proficiency in Igbo and fluency in English is required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer service tools.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound understanding of management practices.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Salary
N250,000 net monthly
