Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound sales calls and respond to online enquiries.
  • Conduct cold calls to existing and prospective customers to promote services.
  • Process online orders promptly and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to improve retention.
  • Re-engage inactive customers to restore business relationships.
  • Maintain sound product knowledge at all times.
  • Collect customer details, confirm payments, and process orders efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed targets for subscribers and revenue.
  • Apply proper and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Perform other assigned duties as directed by the Head of Department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Upper) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0 – 1 year relevant work experience.
  • A Master’s degree or experience in strategic business management is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies

  • Friendly and professional manner.
  • Basic computer skills, including internet use and CRM tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and persuasive ability.
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Knowledge of Windows applications and internet technologies.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Good understanding of telephone etiquette.
