Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Front Desk Admin. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Provide general support to employees and visitors as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Familiarity with scheduling software or systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
