As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee our hotel’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong leadership presence, and a track record of delivering outstanding guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and sales
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality and addressing any issues promptly
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Lead and motivate hotel staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
• Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and inventory levels
• Build positive relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and industry trends
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
