As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee our hotel’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong leadership presence, and a track record of delivering outstanding guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and sales
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality and addressing any issues promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Lead and motivate hotel staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and inventory levels
- Build positive relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and industry trends
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
