Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Operations Manager to join our team. The Area Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects within their designated area, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations within the assigned area, including staffing, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize workflow.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in hotel or any subscriptions-based premium service industry.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management is a plus.
• Strong leadership skill.
