POSITION: HEAD OF OPERATIONS
INDUSTRY: DOWNSTREAM OIL AND GAS
LOCATION: LAGOS, NIGERIA
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME
Our client in the oil and gas industry is seeking an experienced, results-driven Head of Operations to manage downstream petroleum operations. The successful candidate will oversee product sourcing, depot operations, supply and distribution, marine logistics, regulatory compliance, and credit management.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
– At least 4 years’ experience in downstream petroleum operations.
– Hands-on experience with NMDPRA licensing and regulatory compliance.
– Proven experience in petroleum trading, depot operations, supply, and distribution.
– Experience in coastal or marine product movement.
– Knowledge of credit management, receivables, and debt recovery.
– Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Knowledge of Nigerian downstream oil and gas regulations.
