Job Description:

LD&D Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Visa Officer. The Visa Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end visa application process for our clients, ensuring compliance with relevant immigration regulations and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and assessing visa applications to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Liaising with clients to gather necessary documentation and information
• Coordinating with government agencies and embassies to facilitate visa processing
• Providing guidance and support to clients on visa requirements and procedures
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
• Resolving any issues or discrepancies related to visa applications
• Managing communication and correspondence with clients, embassies, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring all visa applications are processed efficiently and within established timelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in visa processing or immigration consulting preferred
• Strong understanding of visa regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
