Job Description:

As the Store Manager at Vonos Autos, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dealership’s operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the store while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the dealership, including sales, service, and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Train, motivate, and supervise a team of sales professionals and support staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure a well-stocked and diverse inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in automotive sales and dealership management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software.
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
