Position Overview:

As a Showroom Attendant at AGM Global Partners Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers visiting our showroom. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing product demonstrations when necessary. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, showcase our products, and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Assist customers in locating products of interest, answering questions, and providing detailed information about features and specifications.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, including arranging displays and replenishing merchandise as needed.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits, effectively highlighting the value proposition to customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS systems and following company procedures.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, contributing to overall sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of OND qualifications.

  • Must have good knowledge of ibadan.

  • Must be capable of running errands for the company within ibadan.

  • Must have knowledge of a business branch set up.

  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer proficiency.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
