Job Summary
- We are seeking a confident and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shift operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate team members effectively.
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Shift Manager in a Hotel, Restaurant, or QSR.
- Not more than 30 years old.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Presentable, confident, and professional.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Salary
N130,000 monthly + 30k monthly bonus and HMO.
