Job Description:

As a Security Supervisor at Pem Security, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our security operations. You will be responsible for leading a team of security officers, ensuring adherence to security protocols, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Monitor and respond to security alarms and incidents.
• Train and mentor security staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Investigate security breaches and report findings to management.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to security team members.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to security.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a security supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid security license or certification required.
