Job Summary
The Security Supervisor will oversee security operations, ensure safety compliance, and manage security personnel across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily duties of security staff and ensure proper deployment
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections of assigned premises
- Monitor access control for staff, visitors, and vehicles
- Maintain accurate security logs and incident records
- Report and escalate security breaches or suspicious activities
- Provide regular updates and reports to management
- Brief security personnel at the start of each shift
- Ensure discipline and proper conduct among team members
- Resolve minor issues and conflicts within the team
- Respond to emergencies such as theft, fire, or disturbances
- Liaise with relevant authorities when required
- Monitor and report faults in security equipment
- Enforce company security policies and safety procedures
- Identify risks and suggest preventive measures
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC; OND/NCE or degree is an advantage
- 5–10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
- Physically fit with good vision and hearing
- Clean criminal record with valid police clearance
- High level of honesty and integrity
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and a local language
- Ability to write basic incident reports
- Ability to stand or walk for long hours
- Knowledge of security tools such as CCTV, walkie-talkie, and metal detectors
- Valid medical fitness report from a government hospital
- First aid, fire safety, or CCTV training is an advantage
- Military or paramilitary experience is an added advantage
