Job Description:

We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their premises. The Security Guard will be tasked with patrolling assigned areas, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding to security incidents as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify and deter security risks.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security threats.
• Enforce access control procedures and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, such as alarms, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
• Collaborate effectively with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients and visitors as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security-related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Security Guard or similar role, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform security duties, including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting or moving objects.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations.
