Salon Manager / HOP @ Gleam Skincare

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager/HOP to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing salon staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive work environment, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise salon staff, including estheticians, hairstylists, and front desk personnel.
• Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction by resolving client concerns and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee inventory management, including product ordering and stock replenishment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance salon offerings and services.
• Monitor and maintain salon cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in salon management or a similar role, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of salon operations effectively.
• Proficiency in using salon management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of skincare, haircare, and beauty products/services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
