About the role
- The Sales Co-Ordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities.
- This role is key in maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and assisting in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing accounts, inquiries, and client requests
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients
- Coordinate meetings, site inspections, and events with clients
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and booking inquiries professionally
- Track sales performance reports and prepare weekly/monthly updates
- Liaise with other departments (Front Office, Events, Reservations) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality sales or administrative support (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., Opera} is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
