Job Summary
- We are currently looking for a smart, organized, and customer-focused Reservation Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Handle apartment and reservation bookings
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Manage booking schedules and guest communication
- Coordinate check-ins and reservation updates
- Maintain accurate booking records
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Previous experience as an Airbnb or apartment booking officer is an added advantage
- Ability to work onsite in Lekki.
