Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Perkins Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Perkins engines and related products to customers within our designated territory. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial machinery, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to promote Perkins engines and meet sales targets.
• Identify customer needs and provide technical assistance and product recommendations accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales approaches as necessary.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales support.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial machinery or equipment sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of Perkins engines or similar products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
