Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Tyonex Nigeria Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness for our range of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Tyonex’s products and services.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure ROI on marketing investments.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and digital marketing strategies.
