Job Title: Internal Control and Inventory Officer
Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)
Working Days: 23 days a month
Responsibilities
- Recording accurate inventory values in real time.
- Controlling and maintaining adequate inventory.
- Oversee the arrangement of goods in an orderly way.
- Supervising the offloading of inventory by suppliers.
- Crosschecking accuracy of purchase orders supplied.
- Create accurate stock transfers where necessary.
- Maintain proper records and documentation, including receipts and invoices.
- Work with the procurement managers in preparing purchase orders.
- Ensure each production facility is not low on inventory.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Candidate must reside near Gwarinpa.
- Pay close attention to details.
- Sound knowledge of procurement processes and stock management.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
- Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations.
- Must be able to work on some Sundays and holidays.
- Work from the office 23 days a month.
- Should be willing to work with the company long-term.
Salary
N250,000 / Month.
