Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to contribute to our team’s success. The Human Resources Generalist will play a pivotal role in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and performance management.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and assist in HR audits as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources roles, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
