The HORECA Sales Manager will drive sales growth within the hospitality and food service sector. Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and secure new business within hotels, restaurants, catering firms, and institutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and volume targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Account Management:

  • Manage existing clients to ensure repeat sales and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Track sales performance and ensure prompt payment collection.
  • Work with logistics and production teams to ensure product availability.

Marketing and Brand Promotion:

  • Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
  • Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure proper product display and brand presence at client locations.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports with clear insights.
  • Monitor key sales metrics such as growth, retention, and margins.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts for planning.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and guide sales representatives.
  • Conduct training on products and sales techniques.
  • Promote teamwork across departments for smooth operations.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG or food service
  • Proven experience managing HORECA or institutional accounts
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of food distribution and cold chain logistics
