Redeemer Health Village is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our esteemed team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring patient well-being, and contributing to a positive and healing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and hands-on care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Assist healthcare professionals in performing medical procedures and examinations.
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to the medical team promptly.
• Support patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Certification or relevant training in healthcare assistance.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
