Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and commercially minded Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a reputable organisation within the creative industry.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring effective financial controls, managing budgets and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
- Manage cash flow, working capital and financial operations.
- Develop and monitor budgets for projects, campaigns and productions.
- Track project costs, revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial risk management.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- 3-5 years of relevant finance experience.
- Experience in the creative, advertising, media, entertainment, events or related industry is compulsory.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
