Title: Field Sales Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Responsibilties

• Core responsibility is to achieve secondary distribution target within the open market by ensuring distribution to all semi wholesalers in the open market allotted.
• Coverage norm of minimum 7 semi wholesalers per day (weekly coverage – 6 days market working).
• Minimum 5 productive calls per day
• Monitoring Competitor activities & Pricing and reporting same to ASM.
• To ensure value chain compliance and implementation of inputs /schemes.
• Daily reporting on Sales & Collections to ASM and weekly reconciliation of Stock and debtors with ASM and KD/WS.
