Operations Manager at Adler Capital

Responsibilities:

Own projects end to end:

• Take a goal from the owner and turn it into a plan, then run the plan
• Example projects: build out and improve our client portal, run a full hiring process from job post to shortlist, launch an outreach campaign to US real estate agents
• Come back with a recommendation and action steps, not a list of questions
• Ship something reviewable within days, not weeks

Use AI as your main tool:

• Use Claude and similar AI tools to research, write, build, and automate
• Check and verify what the AI produces. You are responsible for the output being correct
• We do not want work done manually that AI can do in a tenth of the time
• You do not need to be a developer, but you do need to figure things out

Run our systems:

• Use our CRM to text, call, blast, and track contacts
• Manage data scraping and list building
• Keep pipelines, records, and reporting accurate and up to date

Manage people and processes:

• Manage other virtual assistants and contractors as the team grows
• Write and maintain simple SOPs so processes survive without you
• Report weekly on what shipped, what is stuck, and what you need from us

Requirements:

• Proven ability to work without supervision. You will be asked for specific examples
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar). Be specific in your application
• Strong written and spoken English. You will be on calls with US clients
• Able to learn new software fast (CRMs, portals, dashboards, no-code tools)
• Available during US Eastern business hours (roughly 2 pm to 10 pm Nigerian time)
• Reliable internet and a working power backup (inverter, solar, or generator)
• Track record matters far more than credentials

Nice to have, not required:

• Experience with real estate, lending, or any US-facing company
• Google Sheets, basic web tools, automation tools

Remuneration: USD 500 to 750 per month depending on experience (paid twice monthly)
