As the Business Head Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations within our organization, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
• Develop and execute innovative menus that align with the company’s vision and target audience.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient use of ingredients to minimize waste.
• Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate catering services for events and meetings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredient sourcing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification from a culinary institution is preferred.

• 5+ professional experience in similar role.
