Job Summary
The HORECA Sales Manager will drive sales growth within the hospitality and food service sector. The role involves building strong partnerships, managing key accounts, and promoting processed and frozen poultry products. The aim is to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and secure new business within hotels, restaurants, catering firms, and institutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and volume targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Account Management:
- Manage existing clients to ensure repeat sales and timely delivery.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts in line with company policies.
- Track sales performance and ensure prompt payment collection.
- Work with logistics and production teams to ensure product availability.
Marketing and Brand Promotion:
- Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
- Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
- Ensure proper product display and brand presence at client locations.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports with clear insights.
- Monitor key sales metrics such as growth, retention, and margins.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts for planning.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide sales representatives.
- Conduct training on products and sales techniques.
- Promote teamwork across departments for smooth operations.

Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG or food service
- Proven experience managing HORECA or institutional accounts
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of food distribution and cold chain logistics
