Key Responsibilities

1. General Accounting

• Maintain ledgers and financial records.
• Process invoices and prepare journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations.

2. Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Produce profit and loss statements.

3. Budgeting and Monitoring

• Track expenses against approved budgets.
  Monitor cash flow and report variances.

4. Compliance and Audit

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies.
• Support audit processes.

5. Payroll and Administration

• Process payroll accurately.
• Record and verify payments and receipts.

Requirements (Education & Experience)

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience (media or FMCG experience is an advantage).
• Experience in preparing reports for senior management is desirable.

Skills

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, reconciliation formulas, basic modelling) or use of accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and proper documentation skills.
• Must be trustworthy and able to manage confidential information with discretion.
